Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Kodiak Mountain Resort. Below are our policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our motel guests, by reading and signing this registration at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.GUARANTEE POLICY
A valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of Check-In and will be securely held on file as a damage deposit.CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 3 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier the we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. Kodiak Mountain Resort, also known as KMR, will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific cabin number, adjoining cabins, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. KMR reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the resort who do not follow or comply with KMR policies. KMR reserves the right to rent out the room if guest does not guarantee the room with a credit card at time of reservation or if guest does not notify KMR by 6:00 pm of the Check-in day.CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.CASH PAYMENT
If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. A valid credit card will also need to be presented at time of check-in and will be held on file to cover incidental charges or damage to room or facility. If you don’t own a credit card a $100 cash damage deposit will be collected during check-in and returned at check-out.PET POLICIES
All pets are prohibited on property (a fine of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered). “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel room reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours are subject to a charge of one night’s stay plus tax.SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.DEBIT CARDS
If you choose to use your debit card at check-in the resort will place a hold of the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay through your departure date, as well as an estimated hold for incidentals. Remaining funds due back to your debited account will be released upon check-out, which may take 4-15 business days to process. Additionally, your financial institution may have a contracted amount of time before the funds are released back to you, which can take up to 15 business days.SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the resort, in all cabins and buildings, including cabins with a balcony, and inside the gazebo hot tub area. A $250.00 fine will be applied if smoking is discovered inside the cabin or if smoking is discovered in gazebo areas.AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.PROMOTION POLICY
If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions.NO PARTY POLICY
KMR enforces a NO PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the resort immediately.GAZEBO AND HOT TUB POLICY
No food or drink is allowed while in the hot tub. Proper bathing attire is required while in and around the hot tub and gazebo areas. Any deemed disorderly or inappropriate conduct may result in guest being asked to leave the hot tub area.PRIVACY POLICY 
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.GENERAL POLICY
KMR has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or
accommodation on the resort or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the resort acts in
an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy resort property, or
causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the
accommodations or services. KMR may limit the number of persons who may occupy a
particular cabin in the resort and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person
who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the resort or any furniture or furnishings within
the resort, shall be liable for damages sustained, including the resort’s loss of revenue
resulting from the inability to rent or lease cabin(s) while the damage is being repaired. KMR holds the right to charge the guest for missing room amenities including towels, wash cloths, coffee maker, iron or any bedding or décor item(s).
